Job Description:

An Ofsted graded Outstanding SEN School in Haringey is looking for a SEN Teacher who has a drive and passion for supporting pupils with Autism. The school caters to pupils mainly with an Autism (ASD/C) diagnosis. This SEN school has an exceptionally dedicated team, with a fantastically resourced and purpose-built building.

Job Responsibility:

Support students with Autism within a SEN School
Run small groups and interventions of 2-3 children at the same time

Requirements:

UK Qualified Teacher Status is a MUST
A Primary Teacher with strong SEN & Autism experience is essential
You must be able to work effectively as part of a large team
Must be graded ‘Good or Outstanding’ in lesson observations
Have previous experience working within an inclusive team
Have experience teaching in an Autism specific environment or working with pupils with Autism
Be committed to an integrated, therapeutic approach to teaching SEN pupils
