Job Description:

A Career With Purpose: Supporting Autistic Learners. This is more than a teaching job; it is an opportunity to provide life-changing support to children and young people on the autism spectrum. We are looking for Trainee Teachers to join our specialist team in Cranleigh.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with individual pupils on a 1:1 basis
  • Provide life-changing support to children and young people on the autism spectrum
  • Celebrate every milestone
  • Work daily alongside experts, including Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree or strong A-Levels
  • Have an interest in psychology or social care
  • Be a patient communicator who stays calm under pressure
  • Be a problem solver who enjoys understanding the 'why' behind someone's behaviour
  • Be looking for stability and a clear path to long-term professional growth (including QTS or BCaBA pathways)
