Are you a passionate Secondary SEN Teacher looking to make a genuine difference? Job Responsibility:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons for students with SEN, including SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and MLD
Support students' social, emotional, and academic development
Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for each pupil
Monitor pupil progress and adapt strategies to meet individual needs
Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Experience teaching secondary students with SEMH
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Nice to have:
