Job Responsibility

Maintain a focused, respectful classroom culture using the school's behaviour framework
Act as a Form Tutor, supporting the social, emotional, and academic well-being of a specific student group

Job Responsibility

Classroom Management: Oversee secondary classes (KS3 & KS4), ensuring a safe and productive learning environment by following pre-set lesson plans
Behaviour Leadership: Consistently apply the school's behaviour policy, managing the room with a firm but fair approach to keep students on task
Student Guidance: Support students with their work, answering questions and clarifying learning objectives to ensure continuity in their education
