We are seeking a compassionate, creative, and committed SEN Teacher to join our team and deliver a truly personalised learning experience for our young people. Job Responsibility:

  • Planning & Delivery: Create and review personalised learning programmes, lesson plans, and schemes of work
  • Creative Engagement: Use varied approaches to meet diverse needs and maximise student interest
  • Advocacy: Involve young people in decisions regarding their own learning journeys
  • Assessment & Tracking: Support Learning Managers with learner profiles, SEN information, and progress reports
  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to subject-specific improvements and record-keeping for commissioning bodies (e.g., EHCPs)
  • Professional Growth: Commit to ongoing development and stay updated on SEN best practices

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience in either Maths or Science (or a willingness to undertake professional development in these areas upon appointment)
  • SEN teaching experience is preferred
  • A relevant Level 6 qualification
