Job Responsibility:
Planning & Delivery: Create and review personalised learning programmes, lesson plans, and schemes of work
Creative Engagement: Use varied approaches to meet diverse needs and maximise student interest
Advocacy: Involve young people in decisions regarding their own learning journeys
Assessment & Tracking: Support Learning Managers with learner profiles, SEN information, and progress reports
Curriculum Development: Contribute to subject-specific improvements and record-keeping for commissioning bodies (e.g., EHCPs)
Professional Growth: Commit to ongoing development and stay updated on SEN best practices
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience in either Maths or Science (or a willingness to undertake professional development in these areas upon appointment)
