Job Responsibility:
Building high-trust, professional relationships with hard-to-reach pupils
Implementing individual behaviour plans and de-escalation techniques
Supporting pupils to engage with academic tasks through creative differentiation
Assisting with the transition between classroom activities and outdoor learning
Collaborating with the SENCo to review and update pupil profiles
Requirements:
Experience in a PRU, SEMH setting, or supporting challenging behaviour in mainstream
Training in de-escalation (e.g., Team Teach) is highly desirable
A calm, unflappable, and empathetic personality
