Job Responsibility:

  • Applied Behavioural Support: Gain hands-on experience implementing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and low-arousal strategies
  • Multidisciplinary Exposure: Collaborate daily with Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists (SaLT), and Occupational Therapists (OT)
  • Data-Driven Progress: Assist in tracking student milestones and contributing to Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs)
  • Neurodiversity Advocacy: Develop a deep, practical understanding of the sensory and communication profiles associated with ASC and SLCN
