Job Responsibility:
Supporting pupils one-on-one or in small groups, helping them to engage with learning
Building positive relationships with students, offering encouragement and guidance
Assisting teachers in delivering tailored lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
Helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and key life skills
Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges
Requirements:
A patient, understanding, and resilient individual with a passion for supporting young people
Experience working with challenging behaviour or SEN (desirable, but not essential)
A team player who can work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and external agencies
GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent
