Job Description:

A special needs school in Daventry is looking for a dedicated full-time SEN Support Worker to assist children with complex needs. The role starts ASAP and continues for the rest of the academic year.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide 1:1 and group support for students
  • Assist with emotional, social, and academic development
  • Help with personal care and daily routines
  • Support with behaviour management strategies

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with complex needs
  • Reliable, empathetic, and patient attitude
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Two references from the last 2 years required
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
