Help change lives every single day. Our award-winning independent residential school is seeking a committed Support Worker to join the team. You will be responsible for delivering bespoke education and care to students aged 5 to 25 with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and autism, ensuring they flourish in both school and residential settings.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist young people with complex needs, focusing on developing their daily life skills and personal autonomy, as well as providing personal care and support
  • Build strong, positive relationships that help our learners feel safe, secure, and confident
  • Support and guide students through educational, recreational, and community activities
  • Partner with teachers, therapists, medical professionals, and families to deliver holistic care

Requirements

  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant, childcare provider, or care worker is highly valued
  • A background (professional or personal) in supporting children or young adults with SEN
  • Valid UK work authorisation is required
