Make a meaningful difference every day We are currently recruiting for full-time and part-time SEN Support Mentors (8:45am-3:45pm) to join the dedicated team at our partnered Special Needs Schoolin Fishponds Our parntered school is a highly respected specialist provision supporting children and young people aged 3-19 years with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The school is known for its nurturing approach, highly skilled staff, and commitment to enabling every student to reach their full potential. About the Role As a SEN Support Mentor, you will support pupils across primary and secondary phases with a variety of complex needs, which may include: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) Physical disabilities and medical needs Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Sensory processing differences You will play a vital role in helping pupils access learning, develop independence, and build essential life skills within a supportive and structured environment.
