We are seeking a reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Wirral. This is a rewarding, full-time, and long-term position, starting this September.
Job Responsibility:
Providing one-on-one and small-group assistance to students with special educational needs, both in the classroom and during specific sessions
Fostering a positive learning environment and helping students to engage with their lessons and peers
Keeping accurate and detailed records of student behaviour and academic progress
Working effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure every student receives the support they need
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 months of experience assisting children with SEN in a UK classroom setting
A valid Enhanced DBS check (registered with the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new one)
The legal right to work in the UK
A strong dedication to inclusive education and continuous professional development
