Job Description

The SEN Specialist: Throw Out the Rulebook. Are you tired of 'tick-box' teaching? If you believe that every neurodivergent student deserves a bespoke education that recognises their unique brilliance, we want you in our Leicester team. The Role: We need dedicated Secondary SEN Specialists to provide vital intervention for students with complex learning needs. The Students: You will support learners with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) or those in Alternative Provision who require a relationship-first lens to succeed. The Approach: You'll have the creative freedom to tailor sessions to each learner's specific interests and strengths-whether that's through visual aids, movement breaks, or interest-led projects. The Pay: £30 - £35 per hour (dependant on experience). Weekly context: Earn £450 - £525 per week for just a 15-hour 'mid-range' schedule, or up to £1,155 if you choose to take on a full 33-hour week. Life-Work Harmony: We prioritise your growth as a human-centred educator. This part-time, flexible role allows you to choose your hours and locations, making it the perfect fit for those balancing family life in Leicester.
