Job Description

Justteachers are seeking a full-time SEN Teacher to join a specialist primary school starting in June 2026 in the Moston area to cover on a long-term, supply basis. This nurturing and inclusive setting supports pupils with a range of special educational needs, providing a stimulating environment focused on individual learning, communication, and holistic development.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan and deliver engaging, adapted lessons tailored to pupils with SEN in a primary specialist setting
  • Develop and review individual education plans and monitor pupil progress against EHCP targets
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals to support pupil outcomes

Requirements

  • Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g. QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching pupils with SEN, ideally within a primary or specialist school
  • Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, adapted teaching and inclusive teaching approaches
  • Two education or school-based references
