SEN Learning Support Worker, required in Surrey... Are you a fun and creative individual who can build quick rapport with SEN and mixed ability learners? A passionate SEN LSAt is needed to support various temporary roles within a network of specialist schools around Surrey. The role involves supporting learners throughout primary and secondary phases, working on a 1:1, small group, and intervention basis. This role is due to start in September, with both part-time and full-time hours available. The schools proudly support a community ethos where every child matters. Candidates for this role must have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or LSA within educational settings, or similar experience in care. Learners within these schools are mixed ability and SEN, with approximately 70+ pupils on roll at each site. The schools support a broad and balanced curriculum, and attainment is above the national average. This is a brilliant opportunity and not to be missed.
