SEN Learning Support Worker

• Empower learners to develop vocational, social and independent life skills
• Support young adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours and complex needs
• Enable and support people to achieve great things
• Support learners in the local community, including during volunteer or work placements

• A caring attitude, with a passion for supporting others and a motivation to see them achieve goals
• A team player, able to work effectively with other colleagues
• Resilience to keep going at difficult times and the confidence to ask for support if needed
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Level 2 English & Maths is preferred but not required – willingness to progress or work towards Level 2
• A full UK driving license is required
