Job Responsibility:
Delivering bespoke assistance to pupils individually or in small clusters
Partnering with teaching staff to execute tailored Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
Helping to maintain a calm, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment through effective behaviour management
Assisting with the creation of learning resources and monitoring student development
Serving as a positive role model, guiding students as they reach their personal and academic milestones
Requirements:
A minimum of six months working in a similar capacity within a UK educational setting
A calm, kind, and energetic nature suited to supporting young people with diverse needs
The ability to liaise professionally and warmly with colleagues, students, and families
Top-tier organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or a willingness to undergo a new check
