As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will working within a creative environment supporting children and young people aged 4-25 with SEND. The school specialises in supporting students with complex needs, including: Epilepsy and associated medical conditions; Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC); Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD); Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN). You will help create interactive, inclusive indoor and outdoor learning experiences, ensuring students are at the heart of everything they do so they can progress, gain new skills, and achieve their ambitions.
