Job Description

We are actively recruiting for passionate and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistants to join a vibrant, innovative Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in East Grinstead. Whether you are looking to transition from healthcare, retail, or hospitality, or you are a graduate eager to gain classroom experience. We provide comprehensive training for individuals with the right attitude and a drive to make a difference. As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will working within a creative environment supporting children and young people aged 4-25 with SEND. The school specialises in supporting students with complex needs, including: Epilepsy and associated medical conditions; Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC); Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD); Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN). You will help create interactive, inclusive indoor and outdoor learning experiences, ensuring students are at the heart of everything they do so they can progress, gain new skills, and achieve their ambitions.
