Job Responsibility

Provide 1:1 and small group support to ensure students engage meaningfully with their learning
Mentor young people through emotional and behavioural challenges, helping them build resilience and social skills
Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver differentiated lessons that meet specific SEMH needs
Support pupils who are working off-timetable or require additional supervision outside the standard classroom setting
Liaise and collaborate with pastoral teams, on-site therapists, and external professionals to provide holistic care
Implement de-escalation strategies effectively to maintain a safe and positive learning environment
