Job Description

Are you passionate about youth mental health and SEN support? We are seeking a resilient, empathetic, and dedicated Learning Mentor in Plymouth to support young people who face significant barriers to education. Many of our students experience high anxiety, sensory overload, and school refusal. Before they can focus on lessons, they need to feel safe, heard, and understood. If you want a role where success is measured in breakthroughs rather than test scores, this is it.

  • Community-Based Learning: Take education outside the classroom. You will support students on community trips to develop real-world life skills, boost social confidence, and re-engage with the world

Requirements

  • Personality: Boundless patience, a thick skin, and a genuine passion for youth mentoring
