Job Description:

Bath College is seeking to appoint dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Staff to join our inclusive and learner-focused support team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are committed to enabling learners with additional needs to access education successfully, develop independence and achieve their personal and academic goals. The role is both rewarding and developmental, offering the chance to make a meaningful contribution to learners’ progress, participation and longer-term outcomes within a college environment. As a member of the Learning Support team, you will provide high-quality support based on an empowering and enabling model of practice. You will work alongside learners, curriculum staff and wider support teams to remove barriers to learning, promote independence and help learners participate fully in college life.

Job Responsibility:
