This is a unique chance to help shape a new provision created by an Ofsted Outstanding setting known for its exceptional practice and supportive ethos. To help you settle into the role, we’re ideally looking for someone who can begin at their site in Fishponds for hands‑on training before moving to the new school.

  • Helping shape routines, expectations, and culture within a brand‑new school environment

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEN

  • Enthusiastic about contributing to a brand‑new school community
  • Passionate about inclusion, personalised learning, and pupil wellbeing
  • HLTA qualification is welcome but not essential – strong experience is equally valued
What we offer:
  • Competitive pay and generous referral bonuses
  • Access to excellent CPD, including Team Teach and Trauma‑Informed Practice
  • Support from a dedicated consultant who knows the school well
  • Opportunities to work across multiple specialist sites
