• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• The ability to pivot your lesson plan instantly to meet the emotional or sensory needs of your students while maintaining a calm, supportive presence
• A drive to work closely with Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs) and parents
• An enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to process one via Randstad)
