As a Cover Supervisor, you will manage a classroom, usually at KS3 or KS4 (ages 11-16), supporting students in their learning through prepared work. Other duties will include: Behaviour management; Administer clear instructions and feedback to pupils; Discussing the set work; Delivering engaging lessons; Providing guidance with the set work; Under the direction of the cover manager, supervise pupils in class during the absence of their class teacher.
