Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, staff are supported by Behaviour Analysts, Speech & Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists to help every child reach their full potential. Job Responsibility

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small class basis
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons focused on communication and life skills
  • Supporting social, emotional and behavioural development
  • Working collaboratively with Behaviour Analysts, Therapists and teaching staff
  • Helping students build independence and confidence
  • Maintaining a calm, positive and structured learning environment.

Requirements
