Job Responsibility
Deliver structured, data-led sessions designed to increase student independence and social functionality and following individualised curriculums
Record and analyse behavioural progress data to refine and tailor individualised learning goals in real-time
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to interpret developmental trends and adjust instructional strategies based on objective metrics
Receive full training in ABA techniques, behaviour management, and behavioural analysis, with a clear career pathway toward Higher Level Teaching Assistant and Lead Practitioner roles
Requirements
Relevant prior experience working with children or individuals with autism/disabilities within similar roles
Resilience and flexibility in a changing and challenging environment with learners who have autism and a range of support needs
Committed and dedicated individual with a can-do attitude
Eligibility to work in the UK
Able to provide your own transportation due to the school's remote location
Minimum Grade C/4 GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths
An Early Years qualification is a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
