SEMH Practitioner West Drayton, London £95 - £154 per day Secondary School, SEND Full Time Affinity Partnerships are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEMH Specialist Practitioner to join our expanding team across our specialist SEND settings. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children and young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, autism and associated challenges. Working across multiple sites, you will play a key role in supporting pupils, staff and families to overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes. Assess pupils’ SEMH needs and develop targeted intervention strategies Deliver 1:1 and small group therapeutic and behavioural support Support schools in implementing effective behaviour and inclusion strategies Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs and leadership teams Provide advice and training to staff on SEMH best practice Contribute to EHCP targets, reviews and progress monitoring Liaise with parents, carers and external professionals (e.g. CAMHS, social care) Promote a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment Benefits of working with Affinity Workforce Solutions: You will be paid a competitive daily wage, based on your experience.
