Job Responsibility

  • Batching up of ingredients from a recipe sheet and accurate recording of traceability information
  • In control of use by dates of materials and recording of issues
  • Handling of hot liquids with the required PPE
  • Complete critical checks and fill out paperwork accurately
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Work as part of a team in a chilled and noisy environment

Requirements

  • Comfortable with handling, preparing food and ideally had experience of working in a food manufacturing environment
  • Comfortable with standing for long periods of time, lifting and carrying, as well as other tasks such as cleaning
  • Have pride in the quality of the products you produce

  • Friendly, honest, and hardworking and enjoy some fun at work
  • Basic understanding of health & Safety and Food Hygiene (although training will be given)
  • Accurate set up of pasta machinery and making of mixes
