Specialist Class Teacher (Year 3). The Mission: Join an impactful educational setting dedicated to early intervention. We support young children who have been excluded from school, are at risk of exclusion, or exhibit behaviour associated with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Our goal is to ensure a successful reintegration into mainstream education by improving attitudes toward learning and raising attainment. The Role: We are seeking a resilient, fully qualified Teacher (QTS) to lead a small, specialised class of just 4-8 pupils. While the students are Year 3 age, they are currently working at a Reception level. This role requires a unique blend of high-level behaviour management and the ability to deliver foundational curriculum content to children with complex needs.
