Job Description:

We are seeking experienced SEMH Teaching Assistants to join our team on both long-term and supply bases. Job Responsibility:

Expect to work with students who exhibit a wide range of challenging behaviours
Support students individually and in small groups, often with a focus on emotional regulation, social skills development, and academic support

Requirements:

Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs in a school setting
Strong understanding of child development and learning needs, particularly those with SEMH difficulties
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Resilience and a positive attitude
