Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Work with students who exhibit a wide range of challenging behaviours
Support students individually and in small groups with a focus on emotional regulation, social skills development, and academic support
Manage challenging behaviour effectively and build positive relationships with students

Requirements:

Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs in a school setting
Strong understanding of child development and learning needs, particularly those with SEMH difficulties
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
