Requirements:

  • Maths and English GCSE or equivalent (Grade C or above)
  • A solid educational background across various subjects
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills (equivalent to NVQ Level 2 in English & Maths)
  • Familiarity with the national curriculum and relevant learning programs
  • Understanding of relevant policies, codes of practice, and legislation

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting children with severe challenging behaviours
  • Experience working with young people
