You will be working with a diverse group of students (KS2/3/4) who require additional help with their learning and behavioral regulation.
Job Responsibility:
Lead 1:1 sessions for students who require time away from the main classroom
Support the transition of students between Key Stages and into post-16 pathways
Assist teachers in preparing specialized resources that cater to SEN learners
Accurately record behavioral incidents and progress according to school policy
Requirements:
Experience with SEMH/SEN children is non-negotiable for this position
