Semh teaching assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to support pupils within the primary years in Lancing, working with children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This role involves working closely with students who require additional support to engage with learning and manage their behaviour in a structured and supportive environment. You will be working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping to promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in the classroom.
