Randstad Education is looking for resilient, highly skilled SEMH Teachers to work within alternative provisions, Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), and specialised SEMH schools in Colchester. This role is designed for educators who thrive in non-traditional settings and possess the emotional intelligence to look past challenging behaviours to reach the child underneath. You will be responsible for delivering modified curricula to small classes of students who may have faced significant trauma or have complex neuro-diverse profiles.
