We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Pupil Support Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school in Horsham, supporting secondary-aged students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. This role involves working closely with teaching staff to support learning, behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and student engagement within a structured and supportive environment.

Requirements
Experience supporting young people with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour
Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with students

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
