Job Responsibility
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with complex SEMH and behavioural needs
Assisting the class teacher in managing classroom dynamics and maintaining a positive, focused learning environment
Helping students develop social skills, emotional regulation techniques, and self-esteem during lessons and break times
Monitoring student engagement and progress, ensuring all safeguarding and pastoral protocols are strictly followed
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs, complex behaviours, or within a care/youth work setting in the UK
Right to Work: Full eligibility to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
DBS: An enhanced DBS on the update service, or a willingness to undergo a new check via Randstad
Mindset: A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people to find their spark and succeed
