Job Description:

SEMH Learning Support Assistant position at a friendly and diverse Secondary School in Kingston. Supporting students across KS3, KS4, and KS5 with SEND/SEMH needs. Ideal for psychology graduates looking to pursue a career in education, therapy, or mental health. Full-time, term-time only role.

Job Responsibility:

Provide support to pupils with SEND and/or Social Inclusion needs
To work alongside a supportive, friendly, and determined inclusion staff
To facilitate the differentiation of tasks for students
To work with small groups or individual students on specific tasks

Requirements:

Hardworking, committed, and excited to help all pupils flourish
Flexible, open minded and strong communication skills
Genuine passion for working in education
Experience or awareness of young people with possible barriers to learning

Nice to have:
