Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching or supporting SEMH/ASC learners (desirable)
Calm, resilient and empathetic approach
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
Passion for supporting vulnerable learners to succeed
