The Role: Mentoring with Purpose In this full-time role, you will act as a 1:1 specialist for students with ADHD, ASD, and Attachment Disorders. Build Therapeutic Alliances: Use a 'Relational Approach' to build trust with students who have disengaged from learning. Behaviour Intervention: Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and help pupils manage emotional triggers. Small Group Support: Facilitate 'Nurture Groups' focusing on social skills, resilience, and emotional literacy. Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed logs on student engagement to support EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) reviews.
