The Role As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you'll be instrumental in supporting our pupils' learning and development. You will: Provide tailored support to pupils with SEMH needs within a safe and nurturing environment. Assist in delivering a differentiated and holistic curriculum, incorporating enriching experiences and activities. Help pupils develop resilience, confidence, and self-regulation skills. Support pupils in making significant progress with their individual needs. Promote positive behaviour and reinforce agreed rules and respect for others. Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and carers to achieve positive outcomes for each child. Contribute to fostering an enjoyable and fun learning atmosphere.
