This Retail company in Montreal is looking for a SEM Specialist. Additional information: Contract: Permanent; Term: Full-time; Start date: April 2026; Schedule: 37.5 hours / week; Hybrid (Montreal Office / Remote); Equipment provided by the client

Job Responsibility

  • Media Planning and Acquisition Strategy: Implement media planning and integrate acquisition strategies to drive high-quality traffic and sales
  • Campaign Management: Create, coordinate, and manage customer acquisition campaigns across search engines (Google, Bing) and social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest)
  • AI Integration and Content Optimization: Leverage AI tools for campaign optimization and content creation to increase efficiency and maximize overall performance
  • Performance Analysis (ROI/ROAS): Analyze campaign metrics to write detailed reports and recommendations aimed at improving Return on Investment and Return on Ad Spend
  • Keyword and PPC Strategy: Collaborate with SEO specialists to research and analyze keywords to target the most effective PPC strategies
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive benchmarking and monitor online advertising trends to identify new growth opportunities
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to align acquisition efforts with overall business goals and conversion rate optimization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (SEM/Social Ads)
  • 3 to 5 years of specific experience in E-commerce and digital marketing
  • Expert mastery of Google Ads (Search Ads 360), DV 360, SA 360, CM 360, and GA4
  • Proficient with Google Tag Manager and social media advertising platforms (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
  • Bilingual (English and French) is required to collaborate with partners outside of Quebec
  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a strong asset
