I am looking for a strategic and performance-driven SEM Manager (Mandarin-Speaking) to lead and optimize paid search campaigns. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, hands-on technical expertise, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Cultural fit and attitude are highly valued.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize SEM strategies across Google Ads and other paid search platforms
  • Lead and mentor SEM Executives, ensuring strong team performance
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
  • Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients or management
  • Collaborate closely with content, social media, and creative teams

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on SEM/performance marketing experience
  • Proven experience managing mid to high-budget campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of accountability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Speak Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders)

Nice to have:

  • Google Ads certification
  • Experience handling multiple client portfolios
  • Agency background is an advantage
  • Knowledge of SEO and integrated digital marketing strategies
