I am looking for a strategic and performance-driven SEM Manager (Mandarin-Speaking) to lead and optimize paid search campaigns. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, hands-on technical expertise, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Cultural fit and attitude are highly valued.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, implement, and optimize SEM strategies across Google Ads and other paid search platforms
Lead and mentor SEM Executives, ensuring strong team performance
Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting
Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients or management
Collaborate closely with content, social media, and creative teams
Requirements:
4–6 years of hands-on SEM/performance marketing experience
Proven experience managing mid to high-budget campaigns
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate a team
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Positive attitude and strong sense of accountability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
Speak Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders)
Nice to have:
Google Ads certification
Experience handling multiple client portfolios
Agency background is an advantage
Knowledge of SEO and integrated digital marketing strategies
