Job Description:

The primary responsibilities of a Selling Supervisor are to achieve selling and customer service objectives while adhering to the operational asset protection standards of the boutique. This position will report to the Floor Director and will work collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams to support the client experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Achieve selling and customer service objectives
  • Adhere to the operational asset protection standards of the boutique
  • Accountable for meeting monthly and annual individual sales goals
  • Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor to support the sales effort
  • Ensure all items are stocked at all times
  • Maintain selling floor merchandise standards
  • Support all areas of merchandise flow
  • Provides assistance as needed in inventory preparation
  • Responsible for processing and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions
  • Partners with management on POS decisions and preparation of opening and closing procedures
  • Responsible for the opening and closing of daily till
  • Approval of returns and exchanges
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation at all times
  • Responsible for opening and closing procedures including store access, alarm protocols, till closing, employee sign in sheets and bag checks
  • Ensure key log controls are maintaining daily
  • Practices appropriate AP techniques and follow all guidelines for key control and merchandise security
  • Properly prepares for physical inventory
  • Respects physical EAS tagging guidelines and ensure all products are properly ticketed
  • Properly prepares for inventory and participates in monthly cycle counts
  • Consistently provide high levels of service to our clients within the Hermes standard of services

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in selling and/or supervisory capacity
  • Experience in a luxury environment preferred
  • Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills
  • Even-tempered with ability to continuously multi-task
  • Self-starter and able to work independently while balancing collaboration with a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Open availability to accommodate needs of the business
  • Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance
