  • Position a SaaS-style offering (subscription and/or revenue share) rather than purely transactional execution

  • Help define the firm's sell-side go-to-market strategy from the ground up

Requirements

  • Experience selling to the sell-side (execution services, algos, EMS/OMS, or market structure solutions)
  • Strong network across electronic trading desks and execution leadership
  • Track record of landing and expanding strategic revenue relationships
  • Commercially sharp – able to sell subscription / platform value vs flow-based models
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable building a market from scratch
