Job Description:

The Storage Consultant will be primarily responsible for identifying prospective customers' needs and recommending appropriate storage options while ensuring a high level of service to current tenants.

Job Responsibility:

  • Customer case professional and take enormous pride in a job well done
  • Identify prospective customers' needs and offer storage solutions
  • Provide a high level of service to current customers
  • Assist the Property Manager with collection of past due accounts
  • Maintain facility cleanliness - storage units, property and front office
  • Perform light maintenance as needed
  • Other job-related duties or special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of retail or storage experience required
  • Highschool graduate or GED required
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with tenants, guests, and co-workers
  • Flexible with your schedule, including weekends - Must be available to work on Mondays
  • A sense of energy, passion, integrity, honesty, dependability, and personal responsibility
  • Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must be within commuting distance to the facility
