Job Responsibility:
Drive sales growth by understanding our customers’ needs, analysing the local market, and monitoring competition to prioritise products and services that enhance profitability
Securing operational performance and development of dedicated area of the business
Responsible for execution of central solution and ways of working as well as development and constant improvement of local ways of working and internal service agreements
Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, sharing insights with both customers and team members
Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across both channels, consistently meeting customer expectations
Lead and motivate team members to maintain an organised, well-stocked environment, ensuring the IKEA product range is presented in an inspiring and engaging way
Consistently analysing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to streamline processes and drive business results
Requirements:
Proactive and customer-focused, using the right attitude and behaviours to actively drive sales and assist customers in their buying decisions
Skilled in understanding customer behaviour and effectively applying this knowledge to influence sales and service strategies
