Job Responsibility:
Be an IKEA Ambassador by understanding impact on customer experience and offering home furnishing solutions
Help customers find their way around the store
Ensure recovered product is put away properly and area is stocked and presentable visually
Ensure all shelf labels are clear and accurate
Identify customer needs by asking insightful questions and advise on best solutions for their homes
Stay current and knowledgeable about in-store specials, delivery options, product features and benefits
Support team with additional duties as required
Requirements:
Amazing attention for details and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
Top notch customer service skills with ability to assess customer needs quickly and sell solutions
Ability to strike up conversations easily (people-person)
Passion for IKEA products and design, as well as Sustainability commitment
About 6-month work experience in high-volume sales or customer service environment
Comfortable working in physically demanding, fast-paced environment (able to lift items up to 50 lbs)
