Job Responsibility
Providing tailored protection advice to a wide range of clients
Managing leads generated through advisers, introducers, and existing clients
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Working closely with the wider advisory team to deliver excellent customer outcomes
Advising on suitable protection solutions in a compliant and client-focused manner
Managing your pipeline effectively with full administrative support provided
Requirements
Previous experience within protection advice is preferred, although advisers with around 1 year of experience and a strong willingness to learn will be considered
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine client-first mindset with no hard sales approach
Comfortable working with a varied client base, including high-net-worth individuals
Self-motivated and able to work independently within a growing business
