Job Responsibility

  • Providing tailored protection advice to a wide range of clients
  • Managing leads generated through advisers, introducers, and existing clients
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Working closely with the wider advisory team to deliver excellent customer outcomes
  • Advising on suitable protection solutions in a compliant and client-focused manner
  • Managing your pipeline effectively with full administrative support provided

Requirements

  • Previous experience within protection advice is preferred, although advisers with around 1 year of experience and a strong willingness to learn will be considered
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A genuine client-first mindset with no hard sales approach
  • Comfortable working with a varied client base, including high-net-worth individuals
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently within a growing business
