Minimum 2 years’ mortgage broking experience
Proven ability to manage mortgage cases independently
CAS status preferred or recent advising background
Estate agency brokerage experience highly desirable
Existing client bank beneficial but not essential
Motivated self-starter who works well within a team environment
Experience across specialist finance areas advantageous but not essential

Job Responsibility

Advising clients on suitable mortgage and protection solutions
Managing cases from enquiry through to completion
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Working with company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
Identifying referral opportunities for bridging, later life, and commercial finance
Working closely with administration and support teams to maximise efficiency
